2 March 2021 This project is the redevelopment of a site in Harrow, including the construction of five buildings between 1 and 17 storeys tall, along with a basement. The scheme will provide 187 residential units, 1428sqm office floorspace and 683sqm flexible commercial/community floorspace.
Howler GoLink wireless fire alarms with first aid assistance buttons, along with bespoke branded mobile fire points and fire extinguishers will enable emergency protection to be moved around the site as it progresses, without any need for invasive rerouting of cables and refixing of units.
