This is a tension-charged scenario for landlords, contractors and residents. But it doesn’t have to be a nightmare.

Howler Special Services specialise in the design, specification and installation of radio linked Fire Alarm systems specifically to facilitate change in the evacuation strategy of large residential buildings. The systems typically replace a Waking Watch service, and can either be removed once the remedial works are complete, or be upgraded to a permanent BS8629 evacuation system.

STEP 1: DISCOVERY MEETING

STEP 2: INITIAL PROPOSAL

Getting agreement and alignment on all key operational milestones with the client. Your plans will be marked up and labeled with devices before work commences on site to remove all ambiguity.

STEP 6: INSTALLATION

All devices are programmed off site in a controlled environment. This careful preparation pays off when our specialist teams hit the ground running, working sympathetically with residents to deliver a rapid installation.

STEP 7: COMMISSION AND REVIEW

The final step is the commissioning of the completed installation, certification and handover to the client. We seek feedback for continual improvement and client satisfaction.
